Important Information - Please Read
As part of our review, we require a copy of your Final Report and Completion Certificate – these were issued at the end of your IVA in one document by Hanover Insolvency/Ebenegate. This is essential to review information such as term, how much was paid and the amount you were charged in fees.
If you are yet to receive this, we can also accept a copy of your last annual review – which is normally forwarded to you via email.
We will shortly send you and email and text message with a link to the portal in order to upload this document. Alternatively, you can email it to us at claim@missoldiva.org.uk
Need to Locate your Final Report/Completion Certificate?
We would suggest checking your emails from your Insolvency Company as generally this is issued electronically around 3 months after your final payment to the IVA. If you are still unable to locate it, we would suggest that you urgently contact Hanover Insolvency/Ebenegate to request that they forward you a copy of your final report and completion certificate via email, given not only can we not prepare your case without it – more importantly, your Credit Rating will continue to be impacted.
