An IVA must be affordable and have a real prospect of completion. If the Insolvency Company has entered you into an unaffordable IVA, they have breached their regulations. Please answer the following questions as accurately as possible.

Managing Your Debt

Given that you have identified that your Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) has now failed, or is due to fail - you may currently be in the position of not knowing what to do you the outstanding debts. It is important that we understand your current circumstances, given that any arrangement you have entered or will enter - may have an affect on how any compensation you may receive is paid.
